We are

At LZRender, we create visual experiences.

We believe that a render is not just an image, but the opportunity to experience a space before it exists, to convey what it truly feels like to be there.

We are a creative studio, a team of creators, designers, and artists specialized in high-quality visuals for real estate developments.

Because for us, it’s not about renders, it’s about emotions.

Welcome to LZRender, where every detail matters.

Lucas Zatko · Founder & CEO of LZRender

LZRender was born from a vital need: to express a vision.
Not a technical or merely functional one, but a deeply artistic perspective, rooted in our way of seeing the world.

Art and architecture have always been, for me, a silent yet powerful language — a path of exploration, of questions rather than answers.
LZRender is the continuation of that journey, transformed into a team, into images, into shared emotion.

Every work we deliver carries a piece of our sensitivity — our way of understanding space, light, and atmosphere.
We live each project closely, because it's not just about showcasing a building: it's about telling a story. About sparking an emotion.

Art is what turns a visualization into an experience.
And that's what we seek in every image we create.

FAQ

What is LZRender?

LZRender is a studio specialized in architectural visualization for real estate projects, with a focus on architectural storytelling. We create images, audiovisual pieces, and 360° tours that allow a development to be seen and understood before it is built. Our work integrates multiple disciplines such as architecture, design, photography, lighting, interior design, landscaping, and composition. The goal is to transform a project into a clear, attractive visual representation capable of conveying its character and atmosphere. At LZRender, we work to help developers, construction companies, and architecture studios present, communicate, and promote their projects. Through these visualizations, it becomes possible to transmit the essence of a development and support its marketing and sales, awakening in potential clients the desire to be part of the project.

What are images used for in a real estate project?

Images allow a project to be visualized before it is built. This helps explain the design, present the project to investors, and communicate it clearly in early stages. In real estate, images are typically used for launches, pre-sales, marketing, presentations, and commercial materials. By showing how the project will look once completed, they help people imagine themselves in the space and better understand the proposal. At LZRender, the focus is not only technical. Each image aims to convey the atmosphere, experience, and essence of the project, creating an emotional connection and stimulating the desire to invest.

When should images be created for a project?

Images can be produced from early stages, even before construction begins. Many developers use them to present projects to investors or start commercialization. With base materials such as plans, 3D models, and visual references, the process can begin.

What information is needed to start a project?

To begin, basic project information is required. This usually includes plans, a 3D model if available, visual references, and any material that helps understand the design intent. If the information is incomplete, the process cannot start, as the base material is essential for accurate production.

How does the workflow operate?

The process includes different review stages to ensure the final result accurately represents the project. First, a modeling phase is carried out where architecture and viewpoints are reviewed. Then, images are developed with materials, lighting, and composition. The budget includes three rounds of revisions. Reviews are done online through the collaborative platform Miro to keep the process clear and organized.

Can changes be made during the process?

Yes. Three rounds of revisions are included in the budget. If additional revisions or structural changes are requested at advanced stages, they may involve extra costs.

Can additional services be added after the project starts?

Yes. Additional services such as extra views, audiovisual pieces, or 360° tours can be incorporated at any stage. These are added to the initial budget with their corresponding value, allowing the project scope to expand as new needs arise.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the type of project, number of images, videos, or tours, and level of detail required. Generally, the process takes between two weeks and one and a half months. Each project is evaluated individually, and timelines may vary depending on client feedback speed and completeness of information.

Who should send project feedback?

To keep the process efficient, it is recommended to have a single point of contact on the client’s side. This person centralizes communication and feedback, avoiding conflicting instructions and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Who owns the images?

The intellectual property of the images belongs to LZRender. The client can use them to communicate their project. If confidentiality is required for a certain period, it can be agreed in advance.

When are final images delivered?

Final images are delivered once the remaining balance is fully paid. After delivery, the client has 30 days to request additional modifications, which are quoted separately.
